Terms & Conditions

Payment is accepted by:

 • Cash

 • Direct Bank Deposit - (Use invoice number as reference)

 • Cheque - please allow five days for cheque to clear before goods will be posted to you

 • Credit Card - Done through payment express – credit card numbers are not held on file


If you are not entirely happy with our Jeans you may return them to us for exchange, credit or a refund providing they are is still in as new condition (conditions apply). Jeans will only be accepted for return within 30 days of purchase unless special approval has been given.


We can alter your jeans for you, but jeans that are altered specifically to suit (i.e. an abnormal length) cannot be returned, so please ensure you have measured correctly as per our measuring procedures.

Faulty / Damaged Goods

If the jeans are faulty please let us know as soon as possible. We will exchange or refund your purchase price according to your wishes.


All returns must be accompanied by a completed ‘Returns Form’ and must state invoice number and reason for return.

Overdue Orders

Orders within New Zealand are shipped via NZ Post and Courier Post and are generally filled on the same day (unless it is the weekend) or the next day, so you should receive your order within 5 working days. If there is going to be a delay for longer than this we will notify you. Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 7 working days so we can track what has happened to them.

Privacy Policy

All credit card details that may have been given at the time of your order are destroyed once the order has been processed. All other details are kept confidential and will never be given to other parties without your express permission. If you give us a testimonial which is not on one of our Testimony forms, we will contact you to obtain permission to use it.
